What we collect, and why

Enquiry: name, phone, email and organisation, to reply to you.

Provisional order: organisation, business registration number, contact person, phone, email, delivery location and any file you attach, to prepare a quotation and supply.

Pre-order: name, phone, email and area, to contact you about your reservation and delivery.

Expo order sheet: company, contact person and title, email, phone or WhatsApp, and destination country, to confirm your intent to buy and to prepare a quotation.

How long we keep it

Enquiries for one year after we reply. Provisional orders and expo order sheets for five years after the transaction ends. Pre-orders for one year after the reservation ends. Then the information is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop its use.
